Withdraw
There are three ways to request withdrawals from your XpressBet account:
- Online
- By Phone
- In Person
Online
To request a withdrawal by using XpressBet online: Log-in to your XpressBet account by entering your Username, Password and State of Residence. Then go to the navigation bar at the top of the page and select My Account/Withdraw.
Complete the form and click Submit.
You will have a choice between several delivery methods. These methods are explained below:
By Electronic Transfer to a Registered ACH Bank Account (XpressBet VIP Players Only)
XpressBet will transfer funds directly into a previously registered bank account. This service is FREE and available to XpressBet VIP Players only. For information on how to qualify for XpressBet VIP status click here.
By US Mail
XpressBet will process and mail your withdrawal via U.S. mail within one business day. This service is FREE.
Via FedEx
XpressBet will process and send your withdrawal via FedEx for $12.
By Phone
To request a withdrawal using XpressBet by phone: Call 1-866-889-7737 and speak with a customer service representative. Have your account information available.
Withdrawal requests by phone will be processed and checks will be sent via US mail at no charge.
FedEx delivery service is available for $12.
In Person
To request a withdrawal in person: Visit a participating track or OTB with an XpressBet Welcome Center. Click here for a list of XpressBet Welcome Center locations. Complete a withdrawal slip and provide valid photo identification. Cash withdrawals are limited to $2,500 per account holder per day. Additional amounts must be requested directly from XpressBet either online or by phone.
